Built for Real Estate Analysts, by Real Estate Analysts
Feasibly was created to solve a growing challenge in real estate development. Projects that were once straightforward were quickly becoming mixed-use districts with hotels, restaurants, retail, and housing. Our Founder & CEO, Brian Connolly, saw this shift through years of market and financial feasibility work at Victus Advisors, and recognized that early-stage clarity was becoming more important than ever.
At the same time, our Co-Founder & CMO, Eric Habermas, noticed a surge of first-time developers and private investors looking for feasibility study results that matched their pace. These teams were planning indoor sports centers, entertainment venues, and hybrid concepts that combined recreation with retail and food. They moved quickly and needed reliable feasibility analysis to test ideas and unlock early funding. Traditional studies could not keep up.
In late 2024, Brian and Eric launched an initiative to explore how artificial intelligence could strengthen real estate feasibility analysis. They partnered with Rick Kreifeldt, now Feasibly’s CTO, to build AI models, analyze hundreds of past project outcomes, and test how the technology performed against real scenarios.
The results were clear. The models identified patterns that typically required months of manual work, including demand thresholds, pricing sensitivities, utilization curves, revenue ranges, and early indicators of financial viability. This confirmed that AI could support a new, more efficient approach to feasibility analysis.
This insight became the foundation for Feasibly.
Today, Feasibly combines AI-driven analysis with expert human review to deliver accurate, early-stage market and financial feasibility results. Our platform gives developers the information they need before committing significant time, capital, or partners. Whether someone is planning a small entrepreneurial concept or a large mixed-use district, Feasibly provides clarity from the start and helps project leaders make stronger decisions.
Our mission is simple. We accelerate the path from idea to viable project by providing reliable insights at the moment it matters most.
